Rear ended by a dump truck (not a big rig), “I was just rear ended by a big rig in the back of my car”. “Rear ended” in the back of your car? as opposed to what? being “Rear ended” in what the front of your car?

Not sure why having a rear dashcam would have helped in this case. You didn’t change lanes so you obviously didn’t cut anyone off.

SUV dangerously pulls onto the multi-lane road without making sure it is clear, then proceed to come to a complete stop in the middle of the road and the mustang gets blamed for “probably distracted”. Go figure
